The food was AMAZING and there were variety of dishes in the menu. My room included a balcony, a living area and a couch. Location: the hotel was next to Gare Du Nord and Close to the metro station “ DENFERT ROCHEREAU ”. Spent a nice evening at O'bella Ciao, located minutes away from the venue.

Enjoyed our rooms with fold up sofa bed. The hotel's position was favourable very close to cafés and bars. There was a small restaurant, a local market and local markets next door.

The location was good, apartment good for families. Friendly service.
They were still doing work on the apartment when we arrived, The drain in the shower was blocked, so the first night and morning had to use bathtub. They fixed it on the second day which was good.

The property's location was strategic and prime, in the Montparnasse 15th district. It was really close to the metro, RER, buses, many restaurants, and the Montparnasse station. - I was offered a room with pleasant views of the garden.

The only positive is the young man welcoming us at arrival and very friendly. Many other things have to be changed to suite tourists.
Appartments are not suited for tourists. No space for luggage, no warm water, caution too high for small room, no window in room. Pictures on booking .com are not corresponding to room. No airco, no double glass in windows, it was very hot. Next time, I take one of the many hotelrooms around Montparnasse.

I love this charming place. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome. The apartment is comfortable and very well decorated with designer furniture, and the garden is so amaizing in the middle of the city! Recommendation ++++ for a shopping walk in Paris ;-)
